Working with us

Defined scope. Defined responsibilities.

Choose the engagement appropriate to your project stage, with deliverables, performance criteria and responsibilities agreed before work begins.

Ways to work with us

You choose the boundary.

Every engagement is defined by an explicit contractual boundary around what Elastia delivers, what it is responsible for, and what remains with you or your engineering partners. Three standard shapes, each with a different commercial and liability structure — and you do not have to wait for a finished product to start.

Model 01

Funded design study

A paid research collaboration that tests candidate membrane and adsorbent configurations against your actual operating conditions.

Model 02

Separation media & modules

Membrane fibres, adsorbent material or assembled modules supplied against agreed criteria.

Model 03

Pilot systems

A demonstration unit on your site under a pilot agreement, with responsibilities allocated between the parties.

RouteBest suited to Elastia deliversYou provide
Design studyA new or uncertain separation duty Testing, results and a recommended next step Process data and a funded study
Media or modulesA defined specification Fibres, adsorbent or modules against agreed criteria System integration and operation
Pilot systemAn application requiring site validation Pilot design and coordinated delivery Site access, utilities and shared pilot responsibilities
Optimised around your operations

Every route starts from your gas stream, not our catalogue.

Feed-specific

Assessed against your actual gas composition and operating environment.

Technology-flexible

Membrane, adsorbent and hybrid routes evaluated rather than forcing one process.

Scalable engagement

Begin with material samples and progress through modules, pilots and engineered solutions.

Clearly defined scope

Performance targets, validation requirements and responsibilities agreed per project.

Elastia Monitor

Turning a verified reduction into reportable value.

Performance monitoring and reporting

We can monitor operating conditions and separation performance, identify deviation from the design envelope and support auditable environmental reporting. Reporting outputs depend on the methodology, organisational boundary and independent verification that apply to your project.

CO₂ utilisation and offtake assessment

Captured CO₂ may have downstream value. Where purity, scale, location and market demand align, utilisation or offtake can improve project economics. We consider credible local routes during project assessment rather than after commissioning.

Verification chain
  1. 01

    Operating data

  2. 02

    Calculation and quality control

  3. 03

    Independent verification

  4. 04

    Approved reporting output

Where applicable: EPD input data, corporate reporting, or a certificate or credit programme.

Illustrative offtake routes

Where separated CO₂ can go.

Which routes are viable at a given site depends on CO₂ purity, offtake distance and local demand.

Get in touch

Is there a credible separation route for your gas stream?

Share the composition, flow, pressure, temperature, contaminants and target purity where known. We will assess whether a material test, module evaluation or pilot study is the right next step.

Fields marked * are required. We use what you send only to respond to your enquiry and do not share it outside Elastia. See our privacy notice.

Share the application and whatever operating information is available. We will recommend the most appropriate study, evaluation or pilot route. An NDA can be put in place before any detailed operating data is shared.
